    • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    • Eligibility: Items must be unopened and in the same condition you received them.
    • Return Process: To start a return, please ensure you have proof of purchase (e.g., your order number and purchase date). If your order was damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately before sending the item back. Photos of the damage are helpful to expedite the resolution process.
    • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Any refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping.
    • Missing Orders: If your order is marked as 'Delivered' but you haven’t received it, notify us within 5 days to allow us to file a claim with the carrier. We cannot issue refunds for unreported missing orders beyond this timeframe.

    Canceling Your Subscription

    • Canceling ends your subscription at the end of your current billing period.
    • Billing stops immediately, and you won’t receive further deliveries.
    • You can always sign back up later, though prices may differ based on current offers.

    Billing and Charges

    • Your card is charged automatically on your billing date.
