Yes. This free 15-minute phone introduction is with Dr. Aaron Erez. You’ll discuss what you’re looking for, how the practice works, and whether a new patient visit makes sense.
No. The introduction is about fit and logistics, not medical evaluation or treatment. A full lab review, diagnosis, prescription, and personalized plan require an appropriate medical visit.
Erez Functional Medicine is private-pay and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage for visits and testing depends on your specific plan and is not guaranteed. We can discuss these questions during the call.
No. Medical appointments are virtual, with care currently offered to patients in California, Oregon, and North Carolina. The team will confirm that you’re eligible for care before you enroll.
